Before you leave, we request that you:

Take all used bedroom sheets, bathroom and kitchen linens and pile in laundry room. Start one load of laundry please. (leave the rest on laundry room floor)

DO NOT TAKE BLANKETS OFF BEDS UNLESS SOILED.

All kitchen dishes must be washed and put away unless they are in the dishwasher. Please start the dishwasher before you leave. (Soap under sink)

Turn off all lights and shut/lock all windows.

Turn Thermostat down to 58 degrees if heat is on. Manually turn off wall heater in basement bedroom. Turn Air conditioning off in summer.

Remove all trash from home and trash bins. Empty all trash/recycling and place in bins in garage. Recycling must be sorted in proper bins. If your recycling is not properly sorted, there may be a deduction from your security deposit to go through it. The town of Rome has very strict rules on trash/recycling disposal.

Return TV Remotes to designated area:

Living Room: on TV Cart

Porch: secured to wall via Velcro

Basement: on bar on top of tv directions.

Put Hammock (Cloth part, not base), any outdoor toys, and lawn chairs back in garage.

Clean and cover Grill, make sure propane is turned to the off position.

Lock all doors including all garage doors. To lock front door, press ‘Schlage’ on keypad.

Make sure garage and fitness center keys are hanging on hook in kitchen.

​***Any excess cleaning required, failure to turn off grill’s propane tank, failure to sort recycling/garbage, failure to return remotes to designated areas, or failure to follow laundry process, will result in a deduction from your security deposit.
