Access the Property:

Unlock the Front Door: Your door code will be the last 4 of the registered cell number. That code will stay the same through your stay. Your code will expire after check-out time, so if you forgot something or for some reason need to re-enter, please call for new access code.

The Garage door Key & Fitness keys will be located above the peninsula in the kitchen on the industrial hooks.

After your stay:

Turn Thermostat down to 58 degrees if heat is on. Manually turn off wall heater in basement bedroom. Turn Air conditioning off in summer.

All (4) televisions have a Fire TV installed and are connected to WiFi. This is your access to entertainment. This will allow access to any content, personal subscriptions, videos, etc. while at the Lake House.

How to: Watch Amazon Fire TV

Main Level & Lower Level TV’s: Power on TV by pressing power button located on the top left side of the remote.
Press the middle ‘ok’ button after the TV is on to turn on our fire stick which is what will give you access to all channels.
Choose tv button located between the volume and channel button to watch live tv.
Choose “Prime Video,” “Hulu,” or “Disney+” buttons on the bottom of the remote to access those app for both live tv or shows. You may also download any apps and log in with your cable subscription to watch other networks.
By hitting the home button, you will be directed to several apps that you may log into with your personal subscription.

Bed room & Patio TV-

Power on TV
Power on Fire TV: Press Large Circular Button on Front Side of Amazon Fire Remote.
Choose “Watch Att,” “Hulu,” “Disney+,” or “Prime Video” app to access shows. You may also download any apps and log in with your cable subscription to watch other networks.
